Notes
- Service-area company: no street address is published on its own site, only a shop on Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, NY 11788, with crews in Smithtown, Hauppauge and Commack.
- License exactly as published on its own site: SCDHS Installer number and NYS Pumper number (see the License field). The SCDHS number format is unusual; verify it independently before presenting it as definitive.
- No fixed price is published: its own site gives 2025 ranges for pumping, replacement, I/A installation, pre-purchase inspection and risers, quoted in the cost guide and labeled as ranges.
- The phone number was verified in one pass but another pass did not extract it from the main page text; confirm it on another page of the same site before relying on it.
